Have a taste for fine dining? At AgeSong at Lake Merritt, you don’t have to look beyond your front door. Located within our AgeSong community is The Terrace Room, Oakland's premier lakefront restaurant. This 1920s art deco supper club is open to the public, and features panoramic views of Lake Merritt, its walking paths, and vibrant neighborhood activities. Whether it’s morning, afternoon or evening, the ever-changing view is wonderful to see.

The Terrace Room’s executive chef has created a familiar American bistro with sophisticated updates. Choose from traditional favorites like roast chicken, smoked tri-tip or line-caught crispy salmon, then match your entree with your choice of tantalizing side dishes. Or you can sample one of the daily specials that are inspired by the freshest local ingredients. The Terrace Room can also accommodate any special dietary needs you may have.

As a resident of AgeSong at Lake Merritt, you can choose to dine with friends, neighbors, and family in The Terrace Room, or order room service and have your meal delivered to the comfort of your home. You can even reserve the restaurant for a private party.

The Terrace Room is open Monday through Friday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Brunch is available on weekends.
